Mechanical Draftsman supporting oil and gas EPC projects and handling drafting work across multiple projects.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and 4–6 years of oil and gas industry experience.
- Fully conversant with AutoCAD and CadWorx.
- Experience with relevant oil and gas drawings, codes, standards, and engineering practice.
Responsibilities
- Prepare GA and fabrication detail drawings for API 650 storage tanks, spheres, pressure vessels, columns, heat exchangers, plant piping, pipe supports, and structures.
- Prepare material take-offs and bills of quantities; check drawings and coordinate with other discipline draftsmen and design engineers.
- Prepare as-built drawings.
- Handle drafting for EPC projects based on international codes, major oil and gas industry standards, and good engineering practice.
- Work on more than one project at a time.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500–3,500 per month.
