Manage execution of shop-fabricated pressure vessels, process equipment, and storage tank projects from planning through completion.
Ensure quality, safety, cost control, timely delivery, and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complete execution of pressure vessel, process equipment, and storage tank projects.
- Handle planning, scheduling, budgeting, and commercial coordination.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, production, quality, and engineering teams.
- Review and implement execution plans, work procedures, inspection plans, and contract-specific requirements.
- Monitor progress and ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule.
- Ensure compliance with ASME codes, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Provide technical support on materials, welding, fabrication, coating, and painting.
- Resolve technical and commercial issues; prepare reports and participate in client meetings.
- Lead cross-functional teams through successful project completion.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Five to eight years of experience executing pressure vessel and process equipment projects in an ASME-authorized fabrication facility.
- Strong understanding of ASME codes, fabrication, welding, NDT, painting, and coating systems.
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, commercial coordination, and contract management.
- Strong communication, client coordination, decision-making, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software; able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred qualifications
- Storage tank terminal construction project experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, and effective coordination with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams, are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000–7,500 per month.
