Lead execution of shop-fabricated pressure vessel, process equipment, and storage tank projects from planning through completion.
Oversee quality, safety, cost control, timely delivery, and communication with clients and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complete project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and commercial coordination.
- Coordinate clients, suppliers, production, quality, and engineering teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Review and implement execution plans, work procedures, inspection plans, and contract-specific requirements.
- Monitor progress and milestones; ensure compliance with ASME codes, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Provide technical support on materials, welding, fabrication, coating, and painting; resolve technical and commercial issues.
- Prepare reports, participate in client meetings, and lead cross-functional teams to successful completion.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10–12 years executing pressure vessel and process equipment projects in an ASME-authorized fabrication facility, including participation in ASME audits.
- Strong understanding of ASME codes, fabrication, welding, NDT, painting, and coating systems.
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, commercial coordination, and contract management.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and project management software; able to lead teams and manage multiple projects.
Preferred experience and skills
- Storage tank terminal construction project experience is highly desired but not mandatory.
- Leadership, organization, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and client coordination skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Compensation
- AED 8,500–10,000 per month.
