The employer is recruiting Mechanical BIM Modelers for its India team in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
Candidates should have 2 to 5 years of project experience in plumbing and drainage projects.

Role scope
- Model plumbing and drainage projects, including drainage layouts, manholes, networks, pumping stations, and pump rooms.
- Model mechanical services and equipment layouts.
- Link and coordinate drawings accurately using coordinates.
- Coordinate civil, mechanical, and architectural drawings, including profile drawings and P&IDs.
Requirements
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Recap.
- Understanding of civil infrastructure and drainage projects, drainage layouts, manholes, and networks.
- Understanding of pumping stations, pump rooms, mechanical services, and equipment layouts.
- Understanding of drawing coordination, coordinates, accurate drawing links, and civil, mechanical, and architectural drawing coordination.
- Basic architectural knowledge and understanding of profile drawings and P&IDs.
- Excellent English communication skills to work directly with native English speakers.
Preferred qualifications and availability
- Diploma is preferred.
- English is listed as preferred in the screening details, while excellent English communication is also stated as a role requirement.
- Day or night shift availability is preferred.
- Commuting to or relocating to Thiruvananthapuram is preferred.
