  • Process and validate asset, location, job plan, and work order data amendments under change control.
  • Resolve data discrepancies and escalate complex configuration issues.
  • Complete user access checks and monitor scheduled jobs.
  • Identify poor-data root causes and support corrective and preventative actions.
  • Support front-line development and deputise for the Maximo Developer when needed.
  • Lead audits and maintain records of amendments, decisions, and resolutions.
  • Train users and document workflows and processes.

What you’ll need

  • Experience administering data in an asset or work management system; IBM Maximo is ideal.
  • Understand asset, location, work order, and job plan data relationships.
  • Use SQL or similar tools to query and validate data.
  • Be detail-oriented, calm, methodical, and able to handle varied, time-sensitive work.
  • Communicate technical issues to non-technical colleagues.

Desirable experience

  • Maximo development, including automation scripts, integrations, or reporting, is advantageous but not essential.
  • IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) experience is desirable.
  • Asset-intensive sector experience, such as defence, maritime, utilities, or rail, is desirable.
  • Change control or system administration governance familiarity is desirable.

Screening and eligibility

  • BPSS security screening is required; eligibility for SC clearance is an advantage.
  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available.

Benefits
