Material Handler 3P - 2nd Shift

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform material handling functions, including kitting, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory stocking, and SAP transactions.
• Prepare, pack, and ship customer orders while ensuring accuracy of shipping and receiving documentation.
• Manage inventory through stock put-away, shelf organization, FIFO practices, and delivery of materials to production and other departments.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely while following quality, safety, and company procedures.
• Collaborate with planners, engineers, and team members to support production needs, continuous improvement programs, training activities, and operations.

• This position is part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor for position level and compensation.
• For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $48,320 - $60,400 with an annual target bonus of 4% of base salary. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with Tow Motor, Reach Truck, Powered Pump Truck, and BT Basket operations.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehousing, and material movement in a manufacturing environment.
