Massage Therapist

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage therapies, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Aromatherapy, and other approved treatments.
• Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate massage techniques and wellness treatments.
• Maintain accurate client records, including medical history and treatment notes.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and fully prepared before and after each session.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and infection control procedures.
• Educate clients on aftercare and recommend wellness practices to maximize treatment benefits.
• Promote spa services and retail products where appropriate.
• Handle client appointments professionally and maintain punctuality.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Report any equipment maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local health regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certification in Massage Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Valid Massage Therapist License/Certification (where required by local regulations).
• First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
• Minimum **2–3 years** of experience in a spa, wellness center, hotel, or fitness facility is preferred.

• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Strong attention to hygiene and cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
