Marketing Specialist – Events & Networking (UK/US/Europians)

We are seeking a creative and result-driven **Marketing Specialist** to lead marketing initiatives with a strong focus on **networking channels and event-based marketing**.
The role involves driving brand visibility, audience engagement, and membership growth through structured campaigns and tier-based events.
Candidates with a **European professional background or strong exposure to European business culture and networks** will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute **marketing strategies** to enhance brand awareness
- Plan and manage **digital marketing campaigns** (social media, email marketing, content, etc.)
- Organize and execute **tier-based networking events and business meetups**
- Represent the company in **professional networking platforms (e.g., BNI or similar)**
- Drive **membership acquisition through marketing initiatives**
- Create and manage **marketing content and promotional materials**
- Ensure consistent **brand positioning across all channels**
- Track and report on **campaign performance and engagement metrics**
- Conduct **market research** to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in **marketing (events, digital, or brand marketing)**
- Strong **networking and relationship-building skills**
- **European market exposure or professional background** is highly preferred
- Excellent **communication and presentation skills**
- Knowledge of **digital marketing tools and platforms**
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously
- UAE experience is an advantage
- Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per hour
