- Develop talent matching strategies to connect skilled individuals with suitable employment opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes using KPIs and provide actionable insights for improvement.

- Bachelorโs degree in Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Policy, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in labor market analysis, workforce development, or training design.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with government, private sector, or educational institutions is an advantage.
