Position Overview
BG Group is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance the company’s brand presence across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and promoting our luxury villa, landscaping, and construction projects through innovative campaigns and social media management.
The candidate should have strong experience in content creation, photography, videography, and digital marketing within the construction or real estate industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen the company’s brand awareness and market presence.
- Manage and maintain all company social media platforms.
- Create high-quality content including photos, videos, reels, graphics, and promotional materials showcasing company projects and services.
- Coordinate and conduct professional photoshoots and video shoots for ongoing and completed projects.
- Edit videos and visual content for social media campaigns, advertisements, and company presentations.
- Plan and schedule social media posts to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to inquiries, and maintain strong audience interaction.
- Run and manage paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms.
- Analyze marketing performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on insights and analytics.
- Coordinate with project teams to gather project updates, milestones, and marketing materials.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, digital marketing strategies, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and social media management.
- Experience in the construction, landscaping, real estate, or luxury villa industry is preferred.
- Strong skills in photography, videography, and video editing.
- Proficiency in graphic design and editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, content writing, and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and branding.
