Marketing Operations & Project Coordinator

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing projects from planning through execution, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are consistently met.
• Serve as the primary liaison between developers, sales teams, creative designers, videographers, digital marketing specialists, agencies, and senior management.
• Develop and manage campaign timelines, launch schedules and project roadmaps for multiple simultaneous initiatives.
• Prepare detailed campaign briefs, creative requests, project documentation, and production schedules.
• Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues before they impact delivery.
• Manage the review and approval process for marketing assets, advertising campaigns, creative content, and promotional materials.
• Organize daily task priorities, monitor team workloads, and follow up to ensure accountability across all stakeholders.
• Coordinate marketing support for new property launches, events, promotions, and lead generation campaigns.
• Maintain project management systems and ensure accurate documentation of timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing project status, campaign progress, key milestones, and operational performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve workflows, communication, and operational efficiency.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, and ensure follow-up on key decisions.
• Support senior management with reporting, planning, budgeting, and strategic marketing initiatives.

Qualifications Required

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, account management, or marketing administration.
• Strong experience coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello, ClickUp, Jira or similar tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong reporting, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
