Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and technology-driven CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to own and optimize our customer relationship management (CRM) ecosystem and marketing automation strategy.

In this role, you will transform how leads are captured, distributed, nurtured and converted by building intelligent automation workflows, improving sales efficiency, and delivering actionable business insights.

You will play a critical role in ensuring every lead is tracked, engaged, and converted through seamless automation and data-driven optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain, and optimize the company's CRM platform to ensure data accuracy, operational efficiency, and a seamless sales workflow.
  • Design and implement automated lead distribution workflows based on predefined business rules, sales territories, agent availability, and lead quality.
  • Build and optimize WhatsApp, email, SMS, and CRM automation journeys to improve customer engagement and lead nurturing.
  • Develop lead scoring models that prioritize high-value prospects and improve sales team productivity.
  • Monitor lead response times, follow-up activities, pipeline movement, and sales performance to ensure no opportunity is missed.
  • Analyze customer journeys and conversion funnels to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements that increase conversion rates.
  • Create automated dashboards and weekly performance reports covering lead generation, conversion metrics, sales pipeline health, campaign performance, and CRM activity.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead management processes and improve customer acquisition performance.
  • Integrate CRM platforms with marketing tools, advertising platforms, websites, and third-party applications to streamline data flow and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain CRM workflows, automation rules, templates, segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Conduct regular CRM audits to improve data quality, eliminate duplicates, and ensure compliance with internal processes.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, reduce manual work, and improve operational efficiency across the customer lifecycle.
  • Train and support internal teams on CRM best practices, automation workflows, and reporting tools.

Qualificationsrequired

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM administration, marketing automation, sales operations, or customer lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
  • Experience building automated workflows, lead nurturing campaigns, and customer journey automation.
  • Strong understanding of lead management, pipeline optimization, customer segmentation, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, WhatsApp Business automation, and marketing automation tools.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of reporting tools, dashboards, and CRM analytics.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
