Job Summary
We are looking for a highly creative, camera - savvy, and trend-driven Content Creator / Social Media Producer to become the driving force behind our digital presence.
This role goes far beyond creating videos - you will be responsible for producing engaging content that builds our brand, showcases premium real estate, grows our online community, generates leads, and positions our agents as industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, produce, film, edit, and publish high-quality content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Create daily real estate content including property tours, luxury home showcases, lifestyle videos, community spotlights, market updates, client testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, and educational videos.
- Develop engaging short-form content, including Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, and trend-based social media content.
- Build and strengthen personal branding content for real estate agents and company leadership.
- Conduct on-camera interviews with clients, agents, developers, and industry professionals.
- Create bilingual content in both English and Arabic to reach a wider audience.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, viral formats, platform updates, and emerging content opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns that increase engagement, followers, and lead generation.
- Write compelling captions, content scripts, and storyboards that align with brand messaging.
- Capture professional photography and videography for properties, events, and company activities.
- Edit videos using professional editing software while maintaining a consistent visual identity.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of daily and weekly content.
- Monitor content performance and use analytics to continuously improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
Qualifications Required
- 2+ years of experience creating content for social media, digital marketing, or media production.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality video content and social media campaigns.
- Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience filming with professional cameras, smartphones, gimbals, microphones, and lighting equipment.
- Excellent storytelling, scripting, and visual communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube content strategies.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
