Support the development, optimization, and scalability of Marketing Operations.
Improve marketing systems, data infrastructure, integrations, processes, and cross-functional execution.
Marketing Operations Duties
- Develop and maintain a structured marketing data environment for decision-making.
- Assist with platform integrations and develop dashboards and reports.
- Reduce manual work through automation while improving data quality and governance.
- Administer and optimize marketing technology systems to improve adoption and performance.
- Resolve technical challenges with vendors and internal teams.
- Evaluate enhancements and document processes for scalable system management.
Project Delivery
- Drive assigned marketing initiatives from planning through execution with IT and cross-functional teams.
- Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication to support on-time delivery.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of SQL experience, including queries, table joins, and data troubleshooting.
- One to three years of report or dashboard development using Power BI or similar tools.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, or other MarTech tools.
- Understanding of data integrations and APIs.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and learn new systems.
Education
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, information systems, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent education and relevant experience.
