What You’ll Do
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with leaders across departments to solve challenges and drive measurable results.
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance reporting.
- Evaluate processes and recommend improvements to efficiency and financial controls.
- Investigate reporting discrepancies and operational issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
- Measure business metrics and provide insights for informed decisions.
- Support process documentation, standardization, continuous improvement, and strategic initiatives affecting growth, profitability, and operational performance.
What You Need
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related business discipline.
- Requires graduation in December 2026 or May 2027, or recent-graduate status.
- Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Requires clear communication of complex information, self-motivation, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Seeks interest in financial analysis, business operations, process improvement, business intelligence, and data-driven decision making.
Compensation and Benefits
