Own the marketing function for Advanced Armour Engineering (AAE) and Advanced Wear Parts (AWP), two growing industrial brands.
The role reports to the Sales Director and is based in Sharjah, UAE.
What you'll own
- Own the annual marketing strategy and calendar for AAE and AWP.
- Lead and develop the Marketing Executive and Digital/SEO team.
- Protect and elevate both brands across every channel.
- Manage digital marketing, SEO, and lead-generation performance.
- Set content strategy for case studies, videos, and campaigns.
- Develop marketing collateral and campaigns supporting Sales.
- Plan exhibitions and events through post-event review.
- Report monthly KPI dashboards and performance to management.
Candidate requirements
- 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience; industrial or manufacturing background preferred.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Proactive ownership mindset, with the ability to set plans and deliver them.
Pay
- AED 8,000–11,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Sharjah, UAE.
