Hostess duties
- Set up and open the restaurant; close it as required.
- Keep the workplace and hostess station clean and tidy, and clean applicable equipment and the restaurant.
- Answer phone calls according to company standard procedures.
- Relay allergy information and other guest requests to service staff.
- Welcome guests at the entrance, show them to tables, and introduce the concept if applicable.
- Distribute menus, take drink orders, and accommodate special seating requests whenever possible.
- Know menu items, ingredients, and recommendations.
- Use CRM and POS systems.
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by direct supervisors.
Requirements
- Capability to perform repetitious duties.
- Arabic is preferred.
- Reliably commute to Abu Dhabi or plan to relocate before starting work.
Pay
- Pay is up to AED 4,500 per month.
