Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea to quality standards.
- Handle and maintain equipment properly.
- Follow food hygiene, licensing, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with managers, waiters, and runners to support smooth operations.
- Clean glasses, utensils, the bar, and equipment; restock supplies and food products.
- Order, date, and store food correctly, sanitize equipment, and protect food integrity and quality.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service.
- Ability to use a coffee maker.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
