• A little taste of your day-to-day:
• Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive guest engagement, and support revenue growth across all hotel outlets and services
• Managing all digital marketing channels including social media platforms, website content, online campaigns, and email marketing activities
• Coordinating marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and partnerships to maximize hotel exposure and market presence
• Creating engaging marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content aligned with brand standards
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to identify new marketing opportunities and improve campaign performance
• Working closely with the Sales, Operations, and Revenue teams to support business objectives and drive occupancy, food & beverage, and event revenues
• Managing relationships with external agencies, media partners, influencers, and suppliers to ensure effective campaign execution
• Tracking marketing budgets and preparing monthly reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI)
• Supporting the planning and execution of hotel events, seasonal promotions, and community engagement initiatives
• Ensuring all marketing activities reflect the hotel’s brand identity and deliver exceptional guest experiences
• What We need from you:
• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field
• Four or more years of experience in a hospitality or hotel s marketing setting
• Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required
• Must speak local language(s)
• Other languages preferred
