Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Manager with robust experience in the beauty and skincare sector to contribute to the execution of marketing plans, manage advertising campaigns, and enhance brand growth through digital and traditional channels.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the preparation and execution of marketing plans and strategies.
- Monitor and manage digital advertising campaigns and analyze their results.
- Coordinate with design teams and content creators.
- Manage social media accounts and collaborate with influencers.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitors and trends in the beauty sector.
- Assist in launching products and marketing promotions.
- Prepare regular performance reports related to marketing activities and campaigns.
- Track marketing budgets and ensure optimal return on investment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing within the beauty or personal care sector.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media advertising.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using marketing and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic, and proficiency in English is preferred.
