Marketing Manager - Real-estate
About This Role
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote the company’s properties, enhance brand visibility, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects
- Manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, Google Ads, etc.)
- Oversee property listings across platforms such as Property Finder, Qatar Living, etc.
- Coordinate with sales teams to generate qualified leads
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Manage branding, advertising, and promotional activities
- Organize events, launches, and property exhibitions
- Monitor and report on marketing performance and ROI
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in real estate marketing
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar real estate market
- Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Arabic preferred (not mandatory)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
