About This Role

Role Overview

Dieture is not looking for a traditional marketer. We’re looking for someone who owns growth.

As Marketing Manager, you will be fully responsible for driving Dieture’s marketing engine from performance marketing and content creation to brand positioning, events, partnerships, and social media presence.

You are expected to execute, optimize, and scale — not just plan.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content & Creative Direction

  • Lead content strategy across all platforms (social, ads, website, WhatsApp)
  • Work with designers and creators to produce high-performing content
  • Ensure consistent brand voice aligned with Dieture’s vision (energy, movement, transformation)
  • Drive storytelling around customer success, lifestyle, and health transformation

2. Social Media Ownership

  • Fully manage Dieture’s social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Plan and execute content calendars
  • Monitor engagement, growth, and audience insights
  • Turn social media into a strong acquisition and retention channel

3. Events & Activations

  • Plan and execute on-ground marketing events, pop-ups, and activations
  • Represent Dieture in fitness, wellness, and lifestyle events
  • Drive brand visibility through experiential marketing

4. Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Identify and execute cross-brand collaborations
  • Build partnerships with gyms, corporates, influencers, and wellness brands
  • Drive co-branded campaigns that bring measurable growth

5. Brand Building

  • Strengthen Dieture’s positioning as a tech-driven health brand
  • Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints
  • Contribute to long-term brand strategy while delivering short-term results

Key Requirements

  • 3–6+ years in marketing (preferably in startups, D2C, or health/fitness)
  • Proven ability to manage and grow social media accounts
  • Experience in events, activations, or partnerships
  • Strong understanding of content that converts (not just looks good)
  • Data-driven mindset — decisions based on numbers, not opinions
  • Ability to execute fast in a high-growth environment
