We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of our brand positioning and marketing strategy. You are not just running campaigns you are shaping how the market perceives our products and value. You will lead a small marketing team and work closely with product sales and design teams to translate complex solutions into clear compelling messaging.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Ownership
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives across Qatar and GCC markets.

Brand Positioning
Define and strengthen brand identity messaging and market positioning for enterprise software solutions.

Campaign Management
Plan and oversee multi channel marketing campaigns including digital content social media email and event based initiatives.

Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a small marketing team ensuring high quality execution and continuous skill development.

Market Research and Insights
Analyze market trends customer behavior and competitor activity to refine marketing approach and improve conversion performance.

Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with sales product and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and revenue targets.

What We Are Looking For
Experience
6 plus years in marketing preferably in B2B technology SaaS or enterprise software with leadership experience in managing teams or projects.

Portfolio
Strong track record of successful marketing campaigns brand development or product marketing initiatives with measurable results.

Digital Expertise
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels performance marketing analytics tools and CRM driven campaigns.

Communication Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear messaging.

Mindset
Strategic thinker with strong execution skills comfortable working in fast paced environments and able to balance creativity with business objectives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR17,000.00 - QAR26,000.00 per month
