Marketing Manager - Facility Management

Role overview

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Strong English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Hard FM, Soft FM, MEP maintenance, AMC contracts, and integrated facility management.
• Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools; able to analyze sales performance and prepare management reports.

Required experience

• At least six years as a Marketing Manager or Sales Manager in the UAE facility management industry; direct Abu Dhabi market experience is mandatory.
• Record of securing AMC and FM contracts across residential, commercial, retail, or industrial properties.
• Experience building business relationships with property managers, developers, owners' representatives, procurement teams, and corporate clients in Abu Dhabi.
• Hands-on tender, proposal, quotation, negotiation, and contract-closure experience, working with operations and estimation teams.
• Experience leading sales and marketing teams, delivering revenue targets, managing lead generation, and converting enquiries into profitable contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans.
• Acquire new clients and grow recurring AMC revenue.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor team targets, sales pipelines, conversion rates, and marketing results.
• Coordinate accurate proposals, client handovers, and contract renewals with operations.

Compensation

• Monthly salary is AED 9,000–10,000; the posting also states AED 10,000 monthly in its role overview.

Workplace

• Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
