This is a part-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Dubai.
The Marketing Manager will plan and execute marketing initiatives that support ACMAD’s mission, programs, and services, with a focus on raising visibility and engagement among key stakeholders.
Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing plans, coordinating campaigns across digital and traditional channels, managing social media presence, and creating clear, audience-focused messaging.
The role will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce marketing materials, organize events, and support outreach activities.
The Marketing Manager will monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend data-informed improvements to enhance impact and reach.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing management, including planning, executing, and measuring multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong skills in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation for web and print.
- Ability to conduct market and audience research and translate findings into actionable marketing strategies.
- Experience coordinating events, outreach activities, or stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages relevant to the region are an asset.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a part-time schedule.
- Proficiency with common marketing and analytics tools (e.g., email marketing platforms, social media management tools, basic web analytics).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural, collaborative environment.
- Interest or experience in climate, environment, or development sectors is an advantage.
