We're looking for a highly commercial, wildly creative Product Marketing Manager to join our Wealth & Trading department.
You'll lead flawless go-to-market executions for new features, while proactively spotting commercial gaps to drive adoption across our existing suite of investment products.

What You'll Be Doing
- Partnering with Product Owners to understand the mechanics of W&T products and translating that complexity into simple, compelling, and accessible value propositions
- Optimising documents to serve as the definitive source of truth (SOT) for marketing and creative execution across the company
- Leading creative direction for campaigns, collaborating closely with visual and 3D designers, and crafting bold, attention-grabbing assets that break through the noise and deliver a “wow” reaction
- Auditing existing W&T products, identifying commercial drop-offs, and designing high-velocity, habit-forming campaigns that drive sustained adoption and engagement
- Navigating GTM and product reviews, aligning cross-functional teams, and executing rapid, iterative campaigns across channels
- Bringing analytical rigour to campaigns by analysing funnels, extracting meaningful signals from noise, and leveraging data to inform strategic decisions and new marketing initiatives
- Feeding finely crafted value propositions into LLMs to build contextual, automated lifecycle campaigns that drive cross-sell and retention at scale
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of experience in consumer product, growth, or product marketing in a fast-paced environment (preferably a hyper-growth global tech company)
- A solid consumer-level understanding of wealth and trading products
- Experience leading art direction and shaping high-impact creative concepts, not just writing briefs
- Exceptional copywriting skills with a demonstrated ability to adapt tone and complexity for diverse audiences and formats
- A highly analytical mindset to extract insights from data and use it to inform campaign strategy and prove commercial ROI (NAPs, GPPU)
