Marketing Manager

About This Role

Leading regional hospitality group headquartered in Dubai, UAE, looking to hire a Marketing Manager, tasked to lead, plan and direct the marketing activities of the group.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
• Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
• Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
• Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
• Track performance of all marketing campaigns
• Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars
• Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data
• Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data
• Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt
• Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests
• Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases
• Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists
• Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
• Managing company social media accounts, including social media calendar
• Managing and planning activations related to social media events and targets
• Coordinating and planning events related activities and related coordination with concerned team
• Allocating, assigning and coordinating with influencers and bloggers, along with the related budget
• Preparing and Managing Production Log
• Preparing and Managing Budget Report
• Preparing and Managing a report of Weekly Platform Audit
• Preparing and Managing a report of Bi Weekly Social Media Calendar
• Preparing and Managing a report of Weekly Marketing & Events Calendar
• Ongoing marketing and seasonal/event-related marketing activations, various activities, and promotions.
• Branding & design
• Photo & video shoots
• The design and production of prints and packaging.
• Delivery management and coordination with 7 different platforms for each concept.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks and reporting.
• Customer care data.
• Participates in menu engineering and tastings.
• Participates in concept development in different areas.
• Catering leads and event execution.
• Purchasing & procurement.
• Writing SOPs.
• Composing briefs to external providers.
• Different forms of communication with external providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years' experience in marketing
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
