Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Female Marketing Manager with a strong background in the beauty industry to lead brand strategy, product marketing, and customer engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of beauty trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth
• Lead product launches, including go-to-market planning, positioning, and campaign execution
• Manage digital marketing channels (social media, influencers, email, paid media) with a strong focus on ROI
• Collaborate with product development, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights within the beauty sector
• Build and manage relationships with influencers, agencies, and external partners
• Oversee marketing budgets and track campaign performance using data-driven insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on the beauty, cosmetics, or skincare industry
• Proven track record of successful brand campaigns and product launches
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and influencer marketing
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Creative mindset with strong analytical capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with beauty services and different brands
• Knowledge of retail and e-commerce marketing strategies
• Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing analytics platforms
