Job Title: Regional Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Executive (GCC Operations)

Location: Dubai, UAE (Head Office)

Scope: UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and expansion markets

About The Role

We are hiring a high-performance Regional Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute marketing strategies across multiple companies and countries in the GCC .

You will be responsible for driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across different brands and markets.

This role requires someone who can manage both digital and offline marketing channels and turn them into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute multi-country marketing strategies across different markets
  • Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)
  • Drive consistent daily lead generation across all companies
  • Allocate and control marketing budgets based on ROI performance
  • Customize campaigns based on local market behavior, pricing, and competition

• Digital & Direct Marketing Channels

  • Manage WhatsApp, SMS, and email marketing campaigns (automation, follow-ups, retargeting)
  • Utilize CRM systems to track, nurture, and convert leads
  • Execute and scale YouTube marketing (ads + content strategy)

• Offline & Brand Growth Channels

  • Plan and execute outdoor marketing campaigns (banners, billboards, branding)
  • Manage influencer marketing and collaborations
  • Organize and oversee events, activations, and exhibitions
  • Handle media sponsorships (radio, TV programs, partnerships)
  • Implement AI tools and automation for scaling campaigns and reporting
  • Track and optimize CPL, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates
  • Work closely with sales teams to improve lead quality and closing rates
  • Ensure proper lead tracking, attribution, and CRM integration
  • Continuously test new channels, creatives, and growth strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on marketing experience (digital + offline)
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns (online & offline)
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing and lead generation
  • Experience with WhatsApp, SMS, email marketing tools, and CRM systems
  • Strong understanding of branding, influencer marketing, and media buying
  • Deep understanding of GCC market dynamics
  • Strong analytical and performance-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously

Preferred

  • Experience in GCC markets (UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia)
  • Experience in service-based / recruitment / manpower industry
  • Arabic language is a strong advantage

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
