Marketing Manager - Dubai (Emirati Talent)

LHH Middle East is partnering with a UAE-Based leading financial institution to appoint its next Marketing & Comms Manager for Dubai, UAE.

The position plays an important role in strengthening brand positioning, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting business growth through targeted initiatives.

This role requires a strategic mindset, a strong understanding of the financial services landscape, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions to deliver on business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee research analysis of market segments, competitions, and customer requirements to inform strategic decision-making and identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Manage the marketing strategy that supports current and future products, ensuring alignment with the bank’s overall business objectives and brand positioning in the UAE market.
• Coordinate and enforce branding guidelines and standards across the organization, maintaining consistency in messaging and brand voice across all platforms and touchpoints.
• Interpret and convert campaign and research data into tangible, action-oriented strategies to manage satisfaction, engagement, and retention of clients, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
• Manage and develop marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, traditional, and experiential marketing initiatives, to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty.
• Understand and interpret business needs into marketing action plans to achieve business objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts support overall goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing and communications professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key media partners, agencies, and industry influencers to enhance the bank’s reputation and market presence.
• Ensure all marketing and communication activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the UAE banking sector.
• Drive the adoption of innovative marketing practices, leveraging emerging technologies and analytics to stay ahead in the competitive banking landscape.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Approximately 7+ years of experience in marketing and communications, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing and communication strategies within the financial services sector
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Data-driven mindset, with experience leveraging analytics to inform decision-making.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE banking regulations and marketing compliance requirements
