is partnering with a leading multinational to recruit a Director, Corporate Accounts for the Middle East & Africa region, based in Dubai, UAE.

We are seeking to connect with senior professionals with experience in corporate-level roles and multi-country exposure within the Hospitality or Food & Beverage sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading revenue-generating activities, including business development, client engagement, value proposition delivery, and new business acquisition.
  • Develop and execute customer-centric sales strategies to drive retention, expansion, and new business growth
  • Manage customer portfolio performance, including commercial outcomes and profitability
  • Identify client challenges and provide insights on industry trends and best practices to create value
  • Leverage company solutions and innovations to address customer needs and strengthen market positioning
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance, legal, and business functions to ensure compliance, governance, and commercial alignment
  • Work cross-functionally to identify and develop new business opportunities across the organization
  • Maintain and manage a structured pipeline to support sustainable growth
  • Support market development initiatives to enhance competitive positioning
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Drive sales performance and deliver short- and long-term financial targets within the assigned business unit
  • Oversee regional commercial activities and ensure alignment with overall business strategy
  • Promote a strong culture of safety, compliance, and accountability
  • Act as a mentor and talent developer to build future leadership capability within the team

Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in foodservice, hospitality, or a related B2B sales environment, with a strong focus on commercial growth and client relationship management
  • Proven people management experience, including leading, developing, and motivating high-performing teams
  • Multicountry or regional experience, demonstrating the ability to operate across diverse markets and cultural environments
  • Exposure to corporate or regional-level roles within a structured, matrixed organization
  • Experience working within the Middle East & Africa region is highly desirable, with strong understanding of market dynamics and customer landscape
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and deliver results across multiple geographies
