Marketing Manager
, you are the driving force behind our brand’s digital presence.
You consistently bring our vision to life through engaging content, innovative ideas, and strategic execution across our social media platforms.
You play a pivotal role in keeping our brand relevant, dynamic, and connected to our audience in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
In addition to managing day-to-day content creation, you contribute to the development of our marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with broader Ele goals and driving measurable growth.
Strategy & Planning
- Lead the development of a cohesive social media strategy, ensuring consistent content and clear growth objectives.
- Produce monthly content calendars, aligning with campaigns, seasonal promotions, and award submissions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media with broader PR and promotional activities.
Content Creation & Production
- Create and publish high-quality, on-brand content (Reels, Stories, posts) with engaging, informative, and relevant captions across TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Coordinate and manage photo/video shoots, ensuring alignment with ELE’s design vision.
- Collaborate with the HR team to generate internal content for events and people initiatives.
- Review work produced by 3D visualisers to select and share the most suitable content for social media, ensuring it aligns with brand quality and style.
- Manage shoot logistics, liaising with photographers and videographers to ensure smooth execution of professional photoshoots.
- Always keep our Ele company profile up-to-date with fresh, relevant content.
Community Management
- Engage daily with followers, ensuring timely responses and an on-brand voice.
- Manage the Ele’s online reputation by fostering relationships with external partners and monitoring review platforms (e.g., Google Reviews).
- Coordinate with the design team to encourage client feedback on projects, boosting brand reputation through positive reviews where possible.
Influencers & PR
- Work closely with our PR agency to identify and vet influencers and content creators.
- Ensure influencer campaigns align with broader marketing initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Marketing Team – Ensure social media content aligns with overall brand strategy.
- Design Team – Coordinate visual content from both local and international projects.
- Operations & HR – Collaborate on internal events and communications.
- External Vendors – Manage relationships with photographers, videographers, and influencers.
- Signage – Oversee signage placement to maximise brand visibility.
Ongoing Brand Development
- Continuously update and evolve the Ele profile, keeping content aligned with the latest design trends, projects, and initiatives.
Lead Generation & Email Campaigns
- Assist in the creation of email campaigns and newsletters to engage current and potential clients.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor social media and campaign performance.
- Prepare regular reports and provide insights to guide future strategies.
