Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives across all channels.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, online and offline sales growth, and managing a cross-functional team including Graphic Designers, Social Media Executives, Shopify/E-commerce Operations, and Customer Service representatives.

This role requires a strong understanding of fashion marketing, digital commerce, content creation, customer experience, and team leadership.

Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and sales targets.
  • Build and strengthen brand positioning across digital and retail channels.
  • Plan and manage seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, and fashion collections.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, supervise, and develop the marketing team, including:
  • Graphic Designers

• Social Media Team

  • Shopify/E-commerce Team

• Customer Service Team

  • Marketing Executives
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Foster collaboration between marketing, sales, operations, and product teams.

Social Media & Content Management

  • Oversee all social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Develop content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and brand ambassadors.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and optimize content performance.
  • Monitor social media trends and implement innovative marketing ideas.

Design & Creative Direction

  • Manage the creative team to ensure all marketing materials align with brand identity.
  • Approve designs for digital campaigns, advertisements, website banners, email marketing, packaging, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate product photoshoots, video productions, and creative content development.

Shopify & E-commerce Management

  • Oversee daily operations of the Shopify store.
  • Ensure products, collections, pricing, inventory, and promotional campaigns are accurately maintained.
  • Optimize website performance, customer journey, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to improve user experience and website functionality.
  • Monitor key e-commerce metrics including traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and customer retention.

Customer Experience & Customer Service Management

  • Supervise customer service operations across all communication channels.
  • Ensure timely and professional handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Develop customer retention and loyalty initiatives.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies.
  • Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.

Sales Support & Business Growth

  • Partner with the sales team to develop marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth.
  • Support retail, wholesale, and online sales initiatives.
  • Generate leads and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Analyze sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and ROI.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing, social media, Shopify, and customer service performance.
  • Manage marketing budgets and optimize spending efficiency.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Fashion Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the fashion, apparel, retail, beauty, or lifestyle industry.
  • Proven experience managing teams and cross-functional departments.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media advertising, e-commerce, and brand management.
  • Experience managing Shopify stores and online sales channels.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems.
