Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns, manage cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, and evaluate campaign performance.
Responsibilities
include coordinating with clients and internal departments, creating content strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying growth opportunities.
The role will require maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships while adhering to budgets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strategic planning and project management skills to effectively oversee marketing campaigns and lead teams.
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, and Social Media Strategy development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Analytical abilities, including market research, performance analysis, and generating insights to improve marketing strategies.
- Creativity and innovation to develop compelling marketing content and campaigns.
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM software and social media management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Previous experience in an agency environment or handling multi-channel marketing campaigns is highly desirable.
