Experience
- 5–8 years of marketing experience within retail, consumer, lifestyle, sports, fashion or outdoor brands.
- Proven experience in digital-first marketing environments.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Experience managing agencies, influencers and partnerships.
- UAE market knowledge and network preferred.
