Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong background in Crypto, Blockchain, and Fintech industries.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, user acquisition, community engagement, and business growth.
The candidate should have a deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem, digital marketing trends, fintech products, and customer behavior within the Web3 and financial technology space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns for crypto and fintech products/services
- Build and manage brand positioning across digital platforms
- Lead user acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives
- Create and oversee content marketing strategies including social media, email marketing, PR, and community campaigns
- Manage partnerships, influencer collaborations, and affiliate programs within the crypto industry
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in blockchain and fintech
- Coordinate with design, product, and business development teams for campaign execution
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports with actionable insights
- Manage and grow online communities across platforms such as LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, X (Twitter), and other social channels
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and crypto-related platforms
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within Crypto, Blockchain, Fintech, or Financial Services industries
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, DeFi, Web3, and digital assets
- Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, and lead generation
- Experience managing social media and community engagement platforms
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and performance marketing tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in a crypto exchange, fintech startup, payment platform, or blockchain company
- Existing network within the crypto/Web3 ecosystem
- Familiarity with compliance and regulations related to crypto and fintech marketing
