A leading premium Dubai based education institute is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution across a portfolio of established brands in the UAE.

This is a high-impact role for a strategic marketer who can balance brand development with commercial performance, driving awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversion across multiple business units.

The Opportunity

Reporting into senior regional leadership, you will be responsible for developing and delivering integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, support business growth, and enhance customer engagement.

You will oversee a broad range of marketing activities including digital marketing, social media, content, websites, events, PR, partnerships, and customer communications, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned to commercial growth objectives
  • Lead integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
  • Manage brand positioning, messaging, and customer-facing communications
  • Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion performance
  • Oversee website content, social media activity, events, and marketing collateral
  • Work closely with sales and operational teams to align marketing with business goals
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness, ROI, and key marketing performance metrics
  • Manage external agencies and internal marketing resources
  • Produce regular performance reports and actionable insights for senior stakeholders
  • Support business expansion initiatives, launches, and brand development projects

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 6+ years' marketing experience within a multi-site, premium consumer, education, hospitality, retail, leisure, or service-led environment
  • Proven track record delivering successful integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content strategy, CRM, and customer journey optimisation
  • Commercially minded with the ability to link marketing activity to revenue growth and business performance
  • Experience managing multiple brands, locations, or business units simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
  • Proficient with marketing analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and paid media platforms
