Job title: Regional Marketing Manager – MENA
Dubai, UAE
I’m currently partnering with a well-known international consumer brand to appoint a Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution across the MENA region.
This is a high-impact role overseeing multi-market campaigns, franchise partner engagement, brand activations and commercial marketing initiatives across a fast-growing regional footprint.
Key responsibilities
- Lead regional marketing strategy across multiple MENA markets
- Adapt global campaigns for local audiences while maintaining brand consistency
- Drive on-the-ground activations, events and campaign execution
- Work closely with franchise partners to improve marketing capability and performance
- Manage agencies, media activity and regional marketing calendars
- Analyse campaign performance, ROI and customer insights to optimise future activity
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, commercial and brand teams
- What we’re looking for:
- Strong regional marketing experience across MENA
- Background within retail, F&B, QSR, hospitality, FMCG or franchise environments
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
- Experience managing agencies, activations and integrated campaigns
- Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management skills
- Arabic language skills are advantageous
