Key Responsibilities

  • **Strategy & Planning**
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • **Campaign Management**
  • Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, social media, email, etc.).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to ensure objectives are met.
  • Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
  • **Brand Management**
  • Strengthen brand awareness and ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Manage the creation of marketing materials, including collateral, digital content, and advertisements.
  • Oversee PR activities and relationships with media partners.
  • **Digital Marketing**
  • Oversee SEO/SEM, social media marketing, paid advertising, and website content management.
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to track and optimize marketing performance.
  • **Leadership & Collaboration**
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals and external partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer success) to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with a strong analytical and results-driven approach.
