Role Description
This is a part-time, hybrid Marketing Manager role based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities.
The Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that promote Efficio Waterproofing’s services across digital and traditional channels.
On a day-to-day basis, this role will develop marketing strategies, manage social media and online presence, coordinate content creation, and support lead-generation activities with the sales team.
The position will also involve managing the company’s brand guidelines, overseeing marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, case studies), and coordinating with external agencies or vendors as needed.
The Marketing Manager will review campaign performance, track key metrics, and prepare concise reports and recommendations to guide future marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong marketing strategy and planning skills, including market research, campaign development, and brand positioning.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, basic SEO/SEM, and website content management.
- Ability to create and coordinate marketing content, including copy for campaigns, social posts, and basic promotional materials.
- Experience with marketing analytics and reporting, using tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to track, measure, and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a part-time schedule.
- Previous experience in construction, engineering, waterproofing, or related building services is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Dubai, collaborating effectively both on-site and remotely with cross-functional teams.
