Role Description
The Business Manager (Part-Time, Hybrid – Dubai) will oversee day-to-day business operations, coordinate projects, and support the leadership team in driving growth and profitability.
The role includes managing budgets and financial tracking, monitoring project costs, preparing periodic reports, and supporting pricing and contract reviews.
The Business Manager will collaborate with project, technical, and sales teams to improve processes, align business plans with operational capacity, and ensure timely delivery of services.
Responsibilities
also include assisting with business development activities, maintaining key client and vendor relationships, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
This hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site presence at company or client locations and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Strong business operations and administration skills, including budgeting, basic financial analysis, and process coordination.
- Experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in construction, waterproofing, engineering, or related building services.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace, spreadsheets, presentation software).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to prioritize multiple tasks in a part-time schedule.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and comfort working with numbers and data.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in the UAE market or Gulf region and familiarity with local business practices and regulations is a plus.
