Role Description

The Administrative Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with the flexibility to perform some tasks from home.

The role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, including managing office schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and supporting documentation for ongoing projects.

The Administrative Manager will handle correspondence, prepare reports and presentations, and ensure that administrative processes support project delivery and customer service.

This position will also assist with basic financial administration such as invoice tracking, expense reports, and vendor coordination, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations.

The role involves close collaboration with management, project teams, and external partners to keep workflows organized and efficient.

Qualifications

  • Strong office administration and organizational skills, including calendar management, document control, and records maintenance.
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace, spreadsheets, presentation tools, email and video conferencing platforms).
  • Ability to coordinate across teams, manage priorities, and follow up on tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking; prior experience supporting finance or accounting processes is beneficial.
  • Experience in construction, facilities management, engineering, or related service industries is a plus.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, maintaining productivity and confidentiality both on-site and from home.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
