Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing initiatives.
The role includes planning, executing, and optimizing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive field sales.
The manager will collaborate closely with sales teams, distributors, and retail partners to ensure successful campaign execution.

and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement field marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
- Coordinate and execute promotional events, product launches, and in-store activities.
- Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and sales teams to maximize market presence.
- Gather market intelligence and analyze competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights.
- Manage budgets and ensure all activities are completed within allocated resources.
- Train and support field teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Prepare regular reports on field marketing performance and recommend areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Atleast 7+ years experience in field marketing, modern trade marketing, or a similar role within the FMCG sector
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to travel as required
