Role overview

Responsibilities

• Execute campaigns to grow the hotel's visibility, engagement, and reputation.
• Manage social media and coordinate channel content.
• Coordinate promotions, partnerships, events, and activations across the hotel and F&B outlets.
• Create visual assets, posters, digital content, and marketing materials.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing proposals.
• Explore influencer collaborations, media opportunities, and local partnerships.
• Manage calendars, briefs, deadlines, and campaign deliverables.
• Track campaign and social media performance to improve results.
• Monitor hospitality trends, competitors, and Dubai's lifestyle and F&B scene.
• Work with the Marketing Manager and hotel departments to deliver plans and creative ideas.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of content experience in F&B, lifestyle, or hospitality.
• Strong camera, lighting, and editing skills.
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop; After Effects knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, reels, and algorithms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative portfolio is required.
• Reliability, a proactive approach, and collaborative communication are valued.
