Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Support and execute campaigns to increase visibility, engagement, and reputation.
• Manage social media channels and coordinate fresh, relevant content.
• Coordinate promotions, partnerships, events, and activations across the hotel and F&B outlets.
• Create visuals, posters, digital assets, and marketing materials.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing proposals.
• Explore influencer collaborations, media opportunities, and local partnerships.
• Manage marketing calendars, briefs, deadlines, and campaign deliverables.
• Track campaign performance, social insights, and marketing results to improve future campaigns.
• Monitor hospitality trends, competitors, and Dubai's lifestyle and F&B scene.
• Work with the Marketing Manager and hotel departments to deliver plans and creative ideas.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of content-creation experience in F&B, lifestyle, or hospitality.
• Photography skills, including lighting, and video-editing skills.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop; After Effects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of social media trends, reels, and algorithms.
• A portfolio showing the candidate's creative work.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tight timelines.
• A proactive, curious, and creative approach suited to a fast-paced environment.
