Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support and execute campaigns that boost visibility, engagement, and reputation.
• Manage social media presence and coordinate relevant, engaging content.
• Coordinate promotions, partnerships, events, and activations across the hotel and F&B outlets.
• Create visual assets, posters, digital materials, and marketing collateral.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing proposals.
• Explore influencer collaborations, media opportunities, and local partnerships.
• Manage marketing calendars, briefs, deadlines, and campaign deliverables.
• Track campaign performance, social insights, and results to improve future campaigns.
• Monitor hospitality trends, competitors, and Dubai's lifestyle and F&B scene.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and hotel departments to deliver plans and creative ideas.

Requirements

• At least four years of content creation experience in F&B, lifestyle, or hospitality.
• Photography and video skills, including lighting and editing.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop; After Effects knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines.
• Knowledge of social media trends, reels, and algorithms, with an ability to create engaging content.
• Proactive, curious, and creative approach suited to a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating creative work and visual style.
