Marketing Executive — Job Description

Overview

A Marketing Executive plans and executes marketing activities to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales. They work across digital and offline channels, collaborate with sales and product teams, and analyze campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital (email, social, SEM) and offline channels.
  • Coordinate content creation: blog posts, social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Manage social media accounts: scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Support lead generation and nurturing activities (landing pages, forms, email workflows).
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activity.
  • Assist in creating marketing collateral (presentations, sales sheets, case studies).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs (traffic, leads, conversion rates, ROI).
  • Work with external agencies and vendors (creative, PR, media buying) as needed.
  • Manage budgets and track campaign spend.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials.

Required skills & qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years experience in marketing or related role.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email, social).
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social analytics) and CRM/marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns.
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe CC) — preferred.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Experience in B2B marketing or industry-specific knowledge.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush).
  • Data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, BI tools).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR90.15 - QAR183.32 per hour

Work Location: In person
