Primary function
Support marketing department functions and the Sales & Marketing team at Sea Point Hotels Dubai Islands.
The role covers marketing strategy, projects, social media, PR monitoring, hotel F&B and event promotion, marketing channels, and guest service.
Marketing and commercial duties
- Develop and manage the annual hotel marketing strategy and campaigns in line with business objectives and budget.
- Plan and evaluate marketing, promotional, advertising, eCommerce, brand, and loyalty activities across relevant channels.
- Manage social media, website, OTAs, digital marketing, content, customer engagement, and responses.
- Maintain hotel identity guidelines across marketing communications, creative work, photography, and content.
- Develop collateral, templates, giveaways, promotional materials, and digital content.
- Support Sales and F&B promotions, campaigns, new concepts, events, and commercial initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, PR, agencies, media, suppliers, and external partners; negotiate advertising and promotional rates where required.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, consumer behavior, and industry developments; identify opportunities and support commercial growth.
- Generate business opportunities, increase brand awareness, and support market share.
- Measure campaign effectiveness, report results, recommend corrective actions, and manage the marketing budget.
- Maintain guest databases, coordinate direct marketing, and manage marketing and media assets.
- Coordinate photography, video, advertising, printing, weekly through annual reports, presentations, meetings, trade shows, industry events, training, and workshops.
Team and hotel support
- Lead and support the marketing team, fostering teamwork, communication, and professional development.
- Build working relationships with Sales, F&B, PR, Operations, and other departments.
- Represent the hotel and support compliance with standards.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing Office and assist with hotel operations when required.
- Perform other duties reasonably assigned by management.
Role expectations
- Deliver exceptional guest service and comply with hotel standards, company policies, and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and maintain professional appearance and conduct.
Pay
- The description states pay of AED 3,000–5,000 per month; the structured salary field states AED 3,000/month.
