About The Role

A leading luxury brand organization in UAE is seeking an experienced and strategic

Marketing Director

to lead the company's marketing function across multiple premium and luxury brands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, drive customer acquisition and retention, enhance the customer journey, and support commercial growth.

This is a senior leadership role requiring a commercially driven marketing professional with a proven track record and achievement as a Marketing Director.

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting, and performance measurement.
  • Build brand awareness while maintaining premium brand standards.
  • Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive opportunities.

Brand Management

  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
  • Manage product launches, dealership activations, and brand campaigns.
  • Collaborate with OEM partners to ensure compliance with global brand guidelines.
  • Oversee sponsorships, partnerships, and luxury lifestyle collaborations.

Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives including paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and CRM campaigns.
  • Drive lead generation and optimize marketing ROI.
  • Develop customer lifecycle and retention strategies.
  • Utilize marketing automation and data-driven decision-making.

Events & Experiential Marketing

  • Plan and execute premium customer events, vehicle launches, VIP experiences, and exclusive brand activations.
  • Develop partnerships with luxury brands, hospitality groups, and high-net-worth customer networks.
  • Enhance customer engagement through memorable brand experiences.

Crm & Customer Experience

  • Develop customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
  • Improve customer retention, loyalty, and engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvement plans.

Performance & Analytics

  • Track campaign effectiveness using KPIs and dashboards.
  • Analyze customer behavior, market performance, and sales conversion.
  • Present marketing performance reports and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Digital, CRM, Finance, and OEM partners.
  • Manage external agencies, media partners, and creative vendors.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Master's degree (MBA) is highly desirable.
  • 12–15+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience within luxury automotive, luxury retail, hospitality, aviation, or premium consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of luxury customer behavior and premium brand positioning.
  • Experience managing substantial marketing budgets and integrated campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
