Role Summary
Lead and execute the overall marketing strategy for real estate projects, ensuring strong brand positioning, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies for each project lifecycle stage
- Conduct feasibility studies and market research
- Define target audience, pricing strategy, and positioning
- Plan and execute project launches and events
- Coordinate with design, planning, and sales teams
- Ensure alignment between product offering and market demand
- Build and maintain a strong real estate brand identity
• Saudi National (Mandatory)
- Minimum 15+ years experience in real estate development marketing
- Strong experience in project lifecycle marketing
- Strategic thinking with strong market research capabilities
- Experience working with consultants and developers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ﷼90,154.88 - ﷼108,573.63 per year
